These gems of knowledge have been<br \/>gained over the years updating skills and knowledge and experience since<br \/>starting WellBeings in 2002. These invaluable tips may, for instance,<br \/>include home use elements from aromatherapy, hypnotherapy, reflexology<br \/>and massage which can be used to create balance within body and mind.<br \/>These workshops are often a collaboration with Holistic Therapist and<br \/>Clinical Hypnotherapist Theresa Dawson, who also has a vast knowledge to<br \/>draw upon too and together Hayley and Theresa developed the Me-Treat<br \/>Re-Treat branding for their self care workshops.
