It&#8217;s like a mini, quick fix, reflexology. If you don&#8217;t have a foot roller any similar safe to use cylindrical item will do. I know people who use a carrot in a sock!<\/p>\n<p>Some people use the spiky physio balls too.<\/p>\n<p>Just remember to go gently and be seated so you can adjust the pressure. If it hurts then lighten the pressure or stop.
