In aromatherapy, we often use a citrus essential oil within a blend for its Uplifting qualities and the fresh top notes give a feeling of freshness and Vitality.<\/p>\n
My personal favourite is sweet orange 🍊. Known as the sunshine oil ☀️, it always makes smile 😁. I often have a sniff of this from my collection of essential oils.<\/p>\n
A quick tip is to use a couple of drops of an essential oil (or several different ones) on a tissue then fold the oil so it’s in the middle of the tissue and keep in a pocket or tucked in clothing, then you can access the therapeutic effects of the aromas throughout the day.<\/p>\n
Caution: Do not allow direct contact with skin of undiluted essential oils, as they are very concentrated and can irritate in this undiluted form. Only apply to skin within a base\/carrier oil.
\nWhen buying essential oils choose reputable suppliers as the quality varies enormously. Base Formula online are excellent. High street stores such as Holland & Barrett and Boots are reasonable quality for home use too.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
