Tapping into every sense, really experiencing this beautiful walk in nature in a mindful way and perhaps asking yourself questions such as . . .<\/p>\n<p>What temperature is it? What is the weather like?<br \/>\nIs there any warmth to be felt?<br \/>\nIs there an occasional cool breeze?<br \/>\nWhat does my clothing feel like against the skin?<br \/>\nWhat is the ground like &#8211; hard, soft, stony, damp?<br \/>\nWhat colour is the sky? Can I see any clouds?<br \/>\nCan I see any wildlife or animals?<br \/>\nWhat do they look like?<br \/>\nWhat noises can I hear? Those close by and those in the distance?<br \/>\nWhat colours and shapes can I see?<br \/>\nWhat can I see as I cross over the river bridge &#8211; a different perspective perhaps?<br \/>\nHow clear does the water look?<br \/>\nIs it flowing well here or does it look quite still?<br \/>\nWhat noise is the water making as the river flows?<br \/>\nAre there any aromas or even tastes I am noticing on this walk?<br \/>\nDo I prefer to be nearer to the water?<br \/>\nWho might I have with me, or am I alone on this walk?<\/p>\n<p>If I were to find a comfortable place to sit and enjoy the scenery what would my seat be like?
