Today for instance I am grateful for the following . . .
Dopamine = self care activities – chiropractic treatment and a walk around Yorkshire Wildlife Park with friends
Oxytocin = being with friends, chatting and hugs
Serotonin = Lots of sunlight and nature / wildlife observed mindfully
Endorphins = exercise started with the morning muck out of donkeys then a long steady walk and having a laugh with friends, whilst watching the beautiful animals happily enjoying the sunny day
