You may use affirmations regularly or at least have heard of them.

Affirmations are positive statements, always in the present tense, which we can say to ourselves either out loud or silently. This raises our energy vibration (more about that another time) and helps us to feel more positive. Great examples are I AM CALM or I FEEL PEACEFUL.

Remember your thoughts become things and your subconscious is always listening, so do your very best to say kind things to yourself.
