Following on from Affirmations of which a great one is I AM GRATEFUL. We might choose to once or twice a day ponder over, and ideally write down maybe in your diary, THREE things in your life that you are grateful for. Notice how it lifts your mood, even if you’re having a not so great day.
Acknowledging what we are grateful for in life raises your energy vibration (more about that another time) and makes you feel so much better in many ways. Perhaps give it a try and see how it works for you 😁
