Energy vibes are felt by us all the time. Life means that we simply can’t avoid the lower ones, however, we can take steps to raise our vibe wherever possible.
Examples of things in our life which may lower our energy vibration . . . overworking, lots of screen time, negativity, junk food, stress, fear, the news . . . and others I’m sure you can identify too.
LETS FOCUS ON POSITIVITY NOW
Examples of what can raise our energy vibration (you will know many more too) . . . singing, dancing, being creative, being in nature, movement (qi gong, yoga, walking, swimming), gratitude, kindness, love, joy, forgiveness passion, acceptance, happy memories, learning a new skill, eating well, good sleep, breathing exercises, good hydration, meditation, grounding, sunlight, music, rest, being with friends, hugging, laughing, smiling.
In future weeks we will definitely explore more ways to raise our vibe as any kind of self care and self compassion does this.
Quantum Physics tells us that everything in the universe is Energy and Everything is Connected which is why how we feel affects those around us and those who care for us too.
