Fuzzy HEAD ?

If you are feeling HEADACHY, here is another hand reflexology point that is worth knowing. Your thumb pad (and big toe pad) relate to your head and brain so can be useful to work if you are feeling headachy. If you have a tendency to feel the tension on one side then concentrate on the thumb pad on that side too.

Obviously, seek medical attention if you need to for headache symptoms. Massage work around the head or relating to neck and head is contraindicated for anyone with epilepsy.

Tension in head and shoulders is often a sign of stress or doing too much. As well as any or all of the previous tips for shoulder and neck tension, this is a really great soothing technique. 😊
