Practical solutions for stress management and muscle tension within an interactive 45 minute workshop which can easily be worked into a lunch break in the workplace.
The session includes exploring how we can recognise signs of stress and discussion around the different ideas for how to combat it as well as learning some practical ways to help common stress related symptoms.
TALKS FOR GROUPS
For specific groups, such as community groups or ladies groups, talks can be adapted to suit the audience and might include information and self help on a particular therapy eg. Reflexology or Indian Head Massage, or cover a particular subject eg. self help tips from holistic therapies for menopausal ladies.
