Either a foot roller or a tennis ball make brilliant foot or hand massagers!

Feet and hands can often feel tired or tight, even first thing in a morning.

Sit down and just a few minutes of gentle rolling under your soles or in the palms can make you feel so much better. It’s like a mini, quick fix, reflexology. If you don’t have a foot roller any similar safe to use cylindrical item will do. I know people who use a carrot in a sock!

Some people use the spiky physio balls too.

Just remember to go gently and be seated so you can adjust the pressure. If it hurts then lighten the pressure or stop. Use common sense please.

You’ll be amazed how much impact this simple exercise has both physically and mentally.

Anyone who has experienced reflexology knows how just this therapy, which is a pressure point massage of the feet and/or hands can positively affect your whole being.
