Locate your thymus area in the centre of the chest, just below the collar bone. Tap with fingertips, or gently thump, rub or even scratch the thymus area to stimulate the thymus gland. You can do this for a few seconds up to a few minutes each day. Some people suggest a three beat rhythm – tap tap tap.
